Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the playtime co platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Each user may register only one account on playtime co. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. playtime co will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately through the support contact available in your account dashboard. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using playtime co, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.

5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on the playtime co platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform and available to users in the Philippines. The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the cashier section of your account.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. playtime co may request documentation to verify your identity, age, and ownership of the payment method before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering procedure.

All deposit and withdrawal activity is subject to review. playtime co reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reverse transactions where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, account policy violations, or regulatory non-compliance.

playtime co provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, playtime co shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes, system errors, or account suspension.

7. Account Suspension and Closure
playtime co reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or verification.
- Confirmed underage access.
- Prolonged account inactivity, subject to applicable notice requirements.
If your account is suspended, playtime co will communicate the reason where legally permitted. Users who believe their account was closed in error may contact support through the channels available in their account. Any funds held at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and the outcome of any investigation.
